Why a comic?
We realise Plant Cell Culture Technology can be complex, that’s why we’ve chosen the simplicity of an engaging comic to explain how it all works. We believe science should be accessible to all and this is the perfect channel to cut through the noise and explain it in an enjoyable, digestible way.

So, what does the future look like?
We don’t want to spoil the story (it’s much nicer to read with the illustrations),but the story tells of a better future with the use of Plant Cell CultureTechnology. It’s a future where this pioneering technology is used across the world to produce, and reproduce, plant ingredients without the need to strip the land.
This leads to:
- A reduction in global warming
- Less energy consumption
- Renewable energy being used to source plant ingredients.
It shows how functional products can be tailored to each individual body, making them more targeted and effective.
PlantCell Culture Technology even has an impact on the labour market with the increase of smaller-scale farming models, which leads to more ethical employment and better working practices.
The comic shows the significant benefits of using this innovative technology and shows the potential for a whole new world where future generations can live happily and sustainably.
And it’s not just the environment that wins. Businesses are more innovative, production is more stable, and consumers have easy access to quality, plant-based, sustainable products. It’s a world where we’re working in harmony with nature, from the soil to the sky.
